We also need help on these dates:
June 29th - Bingo Tent setup, 5PM Central (4:45 Epstein time)
June 30th - Tables and chair are to arrive and be setup, time TBD
July 1st – Note: Carnival is NOT OPEN Saturday
July 5th – Bingo Tent tear down, 5PM Central (4:45 Epstein time)
RENT OUR PANCAKE GRILLS

Urbandale Lions have four eight-foot grills or one 36" grill available to rent for your fund raiser. The larger grills operate with their trolley and can produce 30 - 5" pancakes at time and one grill can serve 200 diners. They operate on propane (not furnished). Operating instructions are supplied. Rental fee is $30 or $60 depending on the grill. Deposit is the same as the rental fee. Need more information?

Host the High School Homecoming Pancake Supper.
Provide ticket sales for school sports events.
Assists in the Scholarship Brunch.
Advisor to the Leo Club.
Participates in the Urbandale 4th of July celebration
Host the July 4th Bingo tent and fish pond.
Furnish eye glasses for needy students in our schools.
Collect used eyeglasses and hearing aids to be reconditioned and re-distributed throughout the world.
Provide eye screening conducted in local pre-schools.
Make donations to charities.
